Urban Xplorer ships via FedEx and USPS Priority Mail. FedEx shipments, unless otherwise requested will be shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery.
Shipping Cost Estimates
After all of the items you wish to purchase are placed into your cart, proceed to the check out. A shipping cost estimate will be provided prior to the final check out page on our website. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and destination zip code based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
If your purchase qualifies for FREE shipping, your purchase will be delivered via FedEx Ground or USPS, whichever costs less. Please note that FREE shipping cannot be combined with any other offer.
Some packages may qualify for Free Shipping via USPS Priority Mail if the USPS Priority Mail shipping rate is lower. USPS Priority Mail rate used for comparison purposes is the total of the USPS Priority Mail rate plus Delivery Confirmation charge.
Offer only valid in the Continental U.S. and can be cancelled at any time.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Packages shipped via FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery will be delivered in approximately 5-10 business days from the date the items are ordered. Packages shipped via UPS Priority Mail will be delivered in approximately 5-7 business days from the date the items are ordered.
Tracking a package
After placing your order, you will receive a receipt and confirmation of your order. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. Once your order is shipped we will forward a tracking number to the email address listed on your order form.
We currently only ship to addresses in the Continental United States excluding P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO boxes.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
Urban Xplorer® items purchased online at UrbanXplorer.com that are unused and in its original condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. Only items purchased at UrbanXplorer.com can be returned or exchanged via this website. Please return or exchange all other merchandise at the authorized Urban Xplorer retailer where your items were originally purchased.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us by clicking on the link below and following the instruction to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If for some reason your merchandise was damaged in transit we will gladly exchange and ship via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail a replacement product to you at no additional cost. We will choose the shipping agent. You may request a specific shipping agent, however, you will be responsible for the difference between the lowest shipping rate and the rate charged by your agent of choice.
For returns and exchanges please complete our request form (link request form). This will help ensure your request is processed in a timely manner. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a RMA ID number.

Refunds on Returns
If you request a refund within 30 days of the orig1inal purchase date on an unused item in its original condition, UrbanXplorer.com will issue a refund for the original price paid for the item plus any applicable sales taxes charged. Shipping charges will not be refunded. And/or if the item(s) purchased originally qualified for FREE Shipping, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount refunded. The refund will be made in the same manner as the purchase; For example, if you paid by credit card the amount in question will be credited back to that card. A gift card may also be requested In lieu of a credit back to the original credit card. We ask that any returns or exchanges be accompanied by an original receipt or RMA ID number.
If you would like to return an item you received as a gift please email us at info@XplorerBrand.com. All returns must be unused, in its original conditional and accompanied by a RMA ID number. A gift certificate of equal value will be issued for all gift returns. You may also request a credit back to the original credit card used to purchase the item if the item was purchased within 30 days of return.
